Through his hard work and determination, he was promoted to a team leader role, where he gained valuable insights into the operational processes of the industry. Throughout his journey, he has had the privilege of working with a diverse group of clients including those in foster care, respite care, and those with high trauma and challenging behaviours.
However, it was a conversation with a participant that truly sparked Hashim's passion to make a difference in the world. This led to the founding of Dream Maker Community Services, a company whose mission is to be "Big enough to dream, small enough to care." This mission emphasizes the importance of meeting the needs of participants like a small business and providing personalized care.
