Dream Maker Community Services provides a wide range of services to help create the perfect outdoor space. We understand that for many people with disabilities, the ability to enjoy and take care of a garden can be a source of great joy and therapeutic benefits. From designing a garden to performing basic maintenance tasks, our team is here to assist. Depending on the specific needs and abilities of the individual, the garden maintenance workers may work alongside them or take care of tasks independently.

Our team's goal is to help individuals with disabilities to enjoy the many benefits of nature and to have a beautiful outdoor space that brings them joy and relaxation.

What Gardening & Maintenance Services Are Available?

Lawn Mowing

Lawn mowing is an important aspect of home maintenance as it helps to keep the exterior of the property looking well-maintained and attractive. Regular mowing helps to keep the lawn healthy and promotes a neat and tidy appearance.

Weed Control

Weeds can attract pests and other insects which might cause damage or nest around the home. To avoid this and out of control gardens, we maintain and control weeds in the garden and around the house.

Planting & Watering Plants

Our team can plant and water existing plants and bring new life into a home garden. Vibrant colours are great to look at and bring feelings of happiness and joy.

Leaf Raking

It is very important to remove leaves from the property as wet and dry leaves can clog drains and pose a risk to the property. Wet leaves in some cases can also be a slip hazzard.

Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers and kitchens to ensure they are hygienic and sanitised.

Decluttering

Decluttering and organising living spaces to make them safer and more functional.

Rubbish

Emptying small rubbish bins in the house to keep them clean and hygienic.

Laundry

Washing and folding laundry to keep clothes and linens clean and fresh.

Windows & Mirrors

Cleaning windows and mirrors to remove smudges and streaks and make them shine.

Deep Cleaning
