Staff are very friendly and approachable. They lift each other up and support each other. Even remembering each staff members birthdays and going out of their way to show them and remind them on their day, Very inclusive. Small things like this can boost morale and its nice. Praising little or big achievements. We really do work as a team which i think is very important.
To be honest I lost my passion but since starting with Dreammaker two years ago i have certainly found my passion again and the reason why I became a support worker to begin with.
