Travel & Transport NDIS Support Services

Dream Maker offers a range of Travel and Transport Support Services. These include assistance provided for participants who may have challenges accessing public transportation or travelling independently. This may include support with planning and arranging transportation routes, accompaniment during travel, and assistance with boarding and exiting transportation. The goal of these services is to help individuals with disabilities to have greater access to the community and to be able to participate in activities, education, and employment.

This service is limited to pick up and or drop off only and does not include supported services at the destination.
