What Daily Living & Life Skill Development Support Is Available?
Daily Living Task Assistance
Assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation and laundry.
Devlop a Routine
Help participants establish and maintain a routine, which can include assistance with time management, planning, and organisation.
Life Skills
Assisting participants develop skills to live independently such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
Social Skills
Assist participants develop social skills, such as communication, cooperation, and problem-solving.
Assistance With Technology
Helping participants use technology, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers, to increase their independence.
Personal Hygiene
Support participants to develop good personal hygiene.
Health & Wellbeing
Developing nutrition knowledge, assistance with shopping planning and preparing healthy meals. Additionally, assisting with developing healthy habits around exercise and keeping active.
Travel Training
Increase independence by understanding road safety, using public transport and planning how to select the correct route.
